Cole is the first conversation most loan officers have with NorthStar — and that's by design. He believes recruiting isn't about pitching, it's about listening. His job is to understand what you actually want out of your next move, and to be honest about whether NorthStar is the right fit. If it is, you'll know. If it isn't, he'll tell you.
